COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. What's the prize?
   • We have 4 Peppa Pig prize packs to give away in February (one to each winner). Each prize pack includes a Peppa Pig deluxe playhouse and a Peppa Pig book.
   • There will be four winners in total.
2. Entry period.
   29th of January 2016 until the 29th of February 2016. Only valid entries received during this time will be accepted. Competitors can enter as many times as they wish.
3. Conditions of entry.
   Parents must enter the competition on behalf of their children. To enter your child must do (or be) all of the following:
   • Enter by submitting a drawing of Peppa Pig via the digital drawing platform located at kidzoneplay.co.nz and have their parent/guardian fill out the entry form.
   • Be a New Zealand resident.
4. More details about the prize.
   The weekly prizes will be sent by post or courier to the address provided by the parent of the winner (when they claim the prize) by 11th of February 2016.
5. Choosing a winner.
   The prize winners' parents will be notified the day after the winner is selected. We'll contact you via email (if your child wins) and you will need to contact TVNZ within 3 days with a contact phone number. If you don't contact TVNZ within this time frame (or if we can't get hold of you within 24 hours of you providing us with your phone number) we will draw another winner and your child will forfeit their prize.

STANDARD TERMS FOR ENTRANTS

6. The competition details above and these standard terms for entrants form the terms and conditions for the competition (the Rules).
7. By entering the competition, you agree to the Rules. If you don't agree to them, please don't enter. Simple.
8. Until a prize is awarded, TVNZ can cancel or change the competition or any of the Rules at any time for any reason. Changes will take effect when they are posted in the Rules.
9. TVNZ has the final say on the competition and the Rules.
10. We need to make sure our competitions are all above board, so unfortunately you're not allowed to enter if you're connected to TVNZ or the competition. This applies to employees of TVNZ, the programme producer, any company involved in the competition and TVNZ's advertising agencies and web companies. It also applies to these people's immediate families and flatmates. If the competition is being run through Facebook, Facebook employees aren't able to enter either.
11. We can disqualify you (and your child) if we think that you have breached any of the Rules. But we're nice, so we'll be fair about it.
12. You agree we can keep your child's entry, and use it however we want (including to promote TVNZ and the competition). This includes photos, artwork or other stuff you submit with your entry.
13. You agree that we can publish your child's first name and age in connection with the competition. You also agree that should we require photos of your child enjoying their prize (to use for publicity purposes) you will provide these to us, or allow us to take these.
14. We won't be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you, your child or anyone else in connection with the competition or your use of the prize (if you win). If the competition is being run through Facebook, you agree that they won't have any responsibility either.
15. Sometimes things don't go as planned. If our competition is derailed for any reason, like infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or zombie apocalypse, we'll have the right to cancel, postpone or change the competition.
16. TVNZ respects privacy rights under the Privacy Act 1993. That means there are a bunch of rules that we stick to, particularly around collecting your child's personal information. You can read more about this in our Privacy Policy.
17. These Rules and the competition will be run under NZ law.

STANDARD TERMS FOR WINNERS

18. If we can't get hold of you, we'll have to select another winner. So make sure you check your email and keep your phone handy!
19. Unfortunately prizes can't be traded in for cash. Unless of course they're cash prizes.
20. Prizes are personal to the winners and can't be transferred to someone else unless we agree. If you can't accept the prize for any reason we can award the prize to another winner.
21. If your child is disqualified for any breach of these Rules (e.g. we find out they don't match the eligibility criteria), we'll choose another winner.
22. It doesn't happen often, but sometimes we need to change a prize. If we do this, we'll swap it out for something which is worth the same (or even more!).
